It’s a month-long guided program that will help nourish your body and mind while setting a solid foundation for 2023 and the rest of your life. You’ll follow six guidelines for the duration of the month. There will also be instructional and inspirational materials and a weekly live Zoom call led by Molly Patrick, your Reset host. She’s a certified life coach and the co-founder of Clean Food Dirty Girl.
In addition to the six guidelines, weekly Zoom calls, and Slack community, the Reset includes access to a Reset Library full of instructional and inspirational videos, PDFs, and audio files to help you succeed during the Reset and after.

Yes, the Reset will include food guidelines based on whole food plant based eating. Molly will explain them in detail during the first week of the Reset and you’ll follow them through the end of the program. We do not include detailed instructions on what to eat as tastes and needs can vary, but you can expect to detox from processed foods and to eat whole plant based foods.
You won’t be following specific recipes or meal plans during the Reset, but four meal plan PDFs and lots of recipes will be included in your materials to use if you wish. If you’re a Plant Fueled Life member, you can use any meal plans or recipes you’d like from the portal, and there are also lots of delicious free recipes on the Clean Food Dirty Girl blog.
No, this Reset will not include a guided juice fast, although you’re welcome to utilize juicing if you’d like.
One of the things you’ll learn as you participate in the Reset is how to get a handle on your hunger signals and to differentiate between cravings and true hunger. Molly will help you learn your body’s cues and how to experience cravings or emotions without numbing yourself with food.
If you have an eating disorder or specific dietary needs, please consult with a medical professional before engaging in any dietary changes.
Yes, one of the six guidelines involves movement. It won’t require any special equipment and will be accessible for those with limited mobility.
The live calls are all scheduled at 8am Hawaii / 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern / 6pm GMT on the following dates:

We recommend that you put these dates and times into your calendar so you don’t forget. You can also download and print a schedule graphic. The link to join the live calls will be available in the Reset Library.
The weekly live calls are an important part of the Reset and we encourage you to attend. However, we know life happens and the replays will be uploaded within 24 hours.
The Reset doesn’t require anything to get started except an internet-enabled device with a stable connection.
However, whole food plant based cooking is easiest with a few kitchen tools. You can read more about those in this blog post as well as this one.
After the food guidelines are introduced, you’ll be able to purchase any groceries you need, but we aren’t requiring anything specific.
In addition to the weekly Zoom calls, you’ll have access to a dedicated Slack channel where you can engage in conversations with other participants, ask Molly questions, and find a supportive community both during the Reset and beyond. If you’re unfamiliar with Slack, don’t worry. An introduction and walkthrough will be included in your welcome materials. Slack is free to use and available for most devices. Joining the Slack channel is not required to participate in the Reset.

Nope! This program is completely separate from Plant Fueled Life and you will access the Reset Library from a different website.
Not really, but there are some basic similarities, like whole food plant based eating and getting cravings and hunger under control. The true value of this program is that it’s guided live and in real time by Molly. You’ll have access to her during the weekly calls as well as in the Slack channel. She’ll be following the guidelines along with you and will help you shift your mindset around food and health. You’ll learn to process emotions instead of buffering or allowing limiting thought patterns to restrict you.
You’ll have access to the reset materials in the Reset Library until June 30th, 2023. Be sure to download anything you want to keep prior to that date. The Slack channel for January 2023 Reset participants will be open until that date as well. After that, you’ll continue to have access to a general Reset Slack channel.
